I have used SA Property for myself and friends for nearly 2 years and couldn't be happier with the service.
The only issue i have at the momen is myself and my partner have moved into a new property recently and there are a few issues with the house, we contacted someone in SA Property who came out, looked at and noted the problems and we were told they would let us know what is going to happen.
Unfortunately we have been constantly ringing and texting to see what is happening or what is going to happen to our problems. If there is one bit of advice i would give, it would be to maybe employ extra staff or keep on top of the issues with the tenants because me and my partner both feel that now we are in the property and your having payments, we are not a priority and not your problem when the owner of the house is in China and we cant contact him personally to sort the problems
